Collaborative work with Alexander DeMaria

Based on a Malaysian burial pole, white noise is emitted from the burial chamber and is affected by the presence of participating viewers below. By altering the sound being created within the burial chamber atop the pole, the viewer is in some sense transported or elevated toward the heavens or the void, much in keeping with the spiritual implications of the original ritual construction.
